NITRIC OXIDE - A QUICK UPDATE FROM DOCTOR TOM - On a recent television episode, a popular doctor talked about the dangers of using an antiseptic or alcohol based mouthwash. But he never explained the actual reason, probably because his producer decided that the viewers would not understand.
I’m here to tell you that the actual reason is - you need to produce nitric oxide (NO) gas in your body for optimal heart and lung health. Your body produces this nitric oxide as a gas during a complicated chemical process, but it relies on the bacteria in your mouth to get the process started.
