NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENT USE & AGING

http:// www.enzymesfordigestion.com

NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS & AGING - Most of us who take nutritional supplements know that the key to success is Consistency in taking an active product. I still run across clients that want to take nutritional supplements but expect results in less than one hour! I wish that were true. One must realize that nutritional supplements work with the body to provide what the body needs to heal itself. Unfortunately, in order to get the fast results of pharmaceuticals, you must work against the body. A good example is the use of Telezyme for true cellular age reversal. It took decades for our bodies to age, yet some folks want to look 10 years younger after consuming one bottle of Telezyme. (That sort of thinking reminds me of an old Star Trek episode.) While we have proof that the Telezyme product works to lengthen telomeres, it takes months and years to actually see and feel the continuous regeneration of cells that make up our organs and tissues.

PROTEIN LEVEL BLOOD TEST - I often look at client’s analytical Blood Test results and always pay attention to their C-Reactive Protein (CRP) level. CRP is made in the liver (the body’s chemical plant) when your immune system, hormones, or serum proteins respond to an injury or stress anywhere in the body. The result is inflammation and heart disease. I want to see your CRP level at less than 1 mg/L. If it’s over 3 mg/L you are at high risk for heart disease. You can lower your CRP level through exercise, consuming 2,000-4,000 mg of vitamin C per day, and by consuming foods high in omega fatty acids like olive oil, nuts, and salmon.
