OLIVE OIL - Speaking of olive oil, I hope you're not cooking with it. Just because olive oil is mainly a healthy monounsaturated fat does not mean that it is thermally stable. In fact, the only fats you should be cooking with are saturated fats. The best ones to cook with are coconut oil and various nut oils.

Just a thought. If you cook with olive oil, you're just decomposing it to a mixture of carcinogens. You would be better off cooking with butter.
