A QUICK UPDATE FROM DOCTOR TOM - A number of people have requested that we provide the cherry smoothie formula that was discussed on one of our conference calls. This one is for Pain/Arthritis, and is very anti-inflammatory.

    2 cups purified water
    10-20 cherries, remove pits
    1/4 organic cucumber
    1/2 small papaya without seeds
    1/2 pineapple stem
    1/2 ounce goji berries
    1 node fresh cilantro
    1/2 inch slice fresh ginger
    1 tsp turmeric powder

You may wish to vary the quantities slightly to make your smoothie with the consistency that you desire.
