HYDROGEN PEROXIDE EFFECTIVENESS & SAFETY

HYDROGEN PEROXIDE EFFECTIVENESS & SAFETY -
For decades there has been a growing debate about the effectiveness and safety of oral ingestion of food grade hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Due to the various stabilizers in the 3% pharmaceutical grade hydrogen peroxide you buy in the store, you don't want to ingest this form. However, ingestion of a diluted version of the 35% food grade has shown numerous health benefits. The reason is that the hydrogen peroxide molecule is both oxygen rich (we all know how the body loves oxygen) while having the capability of forming a free radical that destroys harmful bacteria and viruses. In fact, our own white blood cells make hydrogen peroxide as part of their mechanism for cleaning the blood.

The problem with pharmaceutical grade hydrogen peroxide when used externally is that it is unstable and quickly converts to water, which means it must be reapplied over and over. That is why some people consider it the 'poor man's Colloidal Silver'. Colloidal Silver (10 ppm) comes ready for ingestion and/or for topical use, and is stable indefinitely.

Note: A nice way to oxygenate your house plants is to water them with a mixture of 1 oz. 3% H2O2 in 32 oz water.
