FACTS CONCERNING MUSCLE BUILDING PROTEIN AND AMINO ACIDS - Proteins are biochemical compounds made
up of essential amino acids. As you digest protein with stomach
enzymes, the protein decomposes back to free amino acids that fuel your
metabolism. However, protein is not only essential for building muscle,
it's also necessary for the production of enzymes, antibodies, blood,
hair, and nails. In fact, nearly every activity in our bodies require
protein. To learn more about how much protein your particular body needs on a daily
basis, just tune in to our Wednesday evening conference calls and ask questions.
Telezyme.com / Enriching Gifts hosts a weekly health and wellness call every Wednesday evening at
5:00 pm PST (8:00 pm EST). During these calls you will have the opportunity
to ask health related questions to Ronald K. Schneider,
an Immunoenzymologist or Dr. Thomas Brewer, a Ph.D. Chemist. We sponsor these calls as a means to discuss news topics related to
health and wellness. All health and wellness calls are open to the public. Join us this Wednesday.
The call in number is 646-519-5860 and the PIN is 7123#. You can mute your phone in and out by pressing *6.

THERE ARE 2O DIFFERENT TYPES OF AMINO ACIDS. Some of these can be synthesized in our bodies, so they are
referred to as non-essential amino acids. Nine of the twenty cannot be
synthesized by our bodies, so they are referred to as essential amino
acids, because it is essential that we actually consume them in our
diets. Most of the muscle tissue and exercise energy benefits of
essential amino acid consumption is due to the Branched Chain Amino
Acids (BCAA): Isoleucine, Leucine, and Valine.
