VERICOSE VEINS AND THINNING HAIR

FROM DOCTOR TOM - This week's update contains two useful tips. If you or someone you know has Varicose Veins, try eating the white layer or 'pith' under the skin of oranges and other citrus peels. The easiest way to do this is simply peel the waxy colored layer with a potato peeler and place the fruit in a blender. This 'pith' contains lots of Hesperidin, which is a bioflavinoid that actually strengthens veins. Like all natural remedies, don't expect miraculous results immediately. True healing is limited by the regeneration time cycle of the necessary cells.

Also, as we age, most of us notice our hair beginning to thin. This is due to a hormone that breaks down hair follicles.
